Trophy Greenland Muskox

Cambridge Bay on Victoria Island is the muskox capital of the world. With a human population of 30,000, the island’s estimate of 45,000 muskox outnumbers the locals. Success is 100% on trophy bulls with many making the B&C record book. Because winter is just starting during this hunt, conditions are not at their harshest. However, expect to hunt by method of snowmobile.
Rates: $4,900 5-day 1x1 muskox hunt
$7,500 Arctic Island caribou & muskox hunt
$1,500 second muskox fee.
Dates: October – November
Includes: Transportation from Cambridge Bay to hunting area by snowmobile, services of guide, all food and accommodations and field preparation of the trophy.
Not included: 6% Canada goods & service tax, commercial flights, license fee of approx. $50 Canadian + 6% tax per animal and government trophy fee of approx. $150 + 6% tax per trophy, hunting preservation fund approx. $125, Canadian firearms import license approx. $50, rental of down-filled pants and parka approx. $100, hotels and meals prior to hunt and gratuities.
Transportation: Fly into Cambridge Bay where you will be met by outfitter.
